Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab is answering questions from MPs for the first Prime Minister's Questions to take place via video link.

Mr Raab is standing for Boris Johnson, who is recovering from Covid-19, in a near-empty chamber at the House of Commons as MPs adhere to stay-at-home guidelines.

Health Secretary Matt Hancock also spoke where he confirmed the UK is 'at the peak' of the virus.

It is also the first PMQs for Sir Keir Starmer as Labour Party leader, and will ask his opposition six questions.
