MPs are returning to Westminster, and opposition parties are preparing to turn up the heat on the Prime Minister. You can watch it live here.

Boris Johnson's facing questions about the advice he received before suspending parliament - a decision which has been ruled unlawful.

He's refused to apologise, and won't resign.

The usual weekly session of Prime Minister's Questions won't take place, but Speaker John Bercow says MPs will be able to scrutinise the decision to suspend Parliament.
