Teenager 'fighting for life' after Bermondsey stabbing

A sixteen-year-old boy is in a critical condition after being stabbed in a street in south east London.

Police were called to the stabbing at around 10:10pm last night on Druid Street in Bermondsey.

The teenager was taken to hospital and is still in a "critical condition", police confirmed.

Druid Street, near the Arnold Estate, was closed by police between Tanner Street and Abbey Street while police dealt with the scene.

No arrests have yet been made.
